They have also obtained certification from the Society of Human Resource Management as PHRs, SPHRs, and SCP-SHRM. Our president/CEO also holds certification as a tribal human resource management professional and is certified in state, federal, and tribal employment law. All have a variety of trainer certifications from DDI, Achieve Global, Myers-Briggs, and DISC.

About Our Business
While we serve both private and public entities, our consultants specialize in federal contract compliance and write affirmative action plans for all of our federal contract clientele. We also focus on state and federal employment law compliance and devote much of our HR practice to building infrastructures and handling day-to-day employee relations matters.
